This asset was part of a texturing study during my time at Think Tank Training Centre. For this project, I 3D hand-painted all the textures in Mari, using a curated board of traditional stone and painted Ganesha sculptures as reference. The goal was to capture the richness and cultural significance of these statues through realistic weathering, nuanced color variation, and handcrafted detail. I focused on layering dust, stone breakage, and gold leaf ornamentation to evoke a sense of age and realism. This piece highlights my skills in material creation and 3D texture painting, with a focus on surface authenticity and artistic storytelling.
The artist who sculpted this piece is Vijay Singh
